Compared To What

A busy month behind the scenes, but the free playlists and TTRPG releases persist.

Hey there, hivers! (I’m sorry)

I have had a hectic April/May, but most of that has been behind the scenes. Yesterday, I recorded an AP with Roll For Distraction, which will be out in the next couple of weeks. I’ll keep y’all posted when it’s available to stream! We’ve also finalized Hecate Cassette Archive, and I received my physical copy from Violet. It’s so exciting finally having this in my hands after almost a year and a half since originally conceiving of the project. I should have the digital version available to the public once everything is pushed out to backers, and physical copies should be available on the RV Games web shop shortly after that.

Ghost Tropic is still going strong every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 9pm PST on XRAY.fm. I even sneaked in a 5th week episode last month! You can stream past episodes HERE.

I’ve got another gig coming up in a couple weeks if you’re a Portland reader. DJ Stonebunny and I will be playing Dylan covers to celebrate his birthday. It’ll be a bit all over the place, but I’m looking forward to playing records with a pal!

Of course, I always have time for yet another playlist, so here’s one I put together for May. It’s a bit scattered, but has some of my favorites from the year so far. As for this month’s free TTRPG release — I’m a bit swamped with other projects, so I’ve opted to share a free download code for my first release, Analog Survey. It’s an in-universe mixtape review zine set in the far future of Mothership. Volume 2 is out now if you dig this one. #2 features some rad guest collaborators like Amanda Lee Franck and RACComputing!

You can claim the download of the first Analog Survey on Itch with the following link:

Alright, that’s all for now. Until next time!
