As far as TTRPG stuff, Sunlit Path continues chugging along! We’re on track to have things over to Chris Airiu for editing by the end of the year. Ryan has a full update here: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/rac-computing/sunlit-path-for-mothership-rpg/updates/33740

I’ve also begun work on my next project, which I hope to release early 2026: an expanded and refined version of my alternate classes for Mothership. Currently, there are 3 separate releases (Alternate Classes from the Hecate Sector, the Spiritual Leader postcard and the Death Doula card). The latter is the closest to how I envision the revisted version of the class book, but even that will be built upon with the addition of a table of doula rites, as well as class-specific trinkets and patch tables.

The rest of the classes will be reworked a bit more, primarily with the loadouts, and each will have the addition of a motivation table, their own trinket and patch tables, along with a special table tailored to each class. For example, the Void Musician will now have a table of sheet music that grants a small ability or bonus when played. Lastly, I’ll be adding four new classes! I don’t want to reveal these just yet, as frankly, they’re all subject to change still. Hopefully I’ll be at a point to share more next month — stay tuned!

Well, I promised to keep it short. I’ll likely be back around before next newsletter with a play report for Zedeck Siew’s A Perfect Wife. It’s one of the scariest things I’ve ran, and the artwork from Scrap Princess and Amanda Lee Franck (as well as the writer) only adds to the haunting story. With a simple, self-contained system at the beginning of the book, and pre-made characters, you’re left as a gaming group to focus on the horrors unfolding around you. That said, I could see this working well with something like Liminal Horror or the Triangle Agency as well.
